A father of six was yesterday sentenced to three years imprisonment and fined $5,000 after he admitted to cultivating marijuana, when he appeared before Magistrate Sueanna Lovell.
Roland Hosea, 31, pleaded guilty to the charge which stated that on March 21, at Kumani Creek, he cultivated cannabis.
Hosea asked the court to be lenient with him since he has six children and a wife.
