Three weeks on, there have been no arrests in connection with the accident at Meten-Meer-Zorg, West Coast Demerara involving siblings Shane and Tulsidai Prahlad, and which claimed Shane’s life.
Seventeen-year-old Shane Prahlad took his last breath on April 24 and was laid to rest on April 28. He died as a result of a fractured skull, head injuries, haemorrhaging and a fractured spine his post-mortem examination revealed.
His sister Tulsidai, 25, is still in a critical condition in the
