AAG to celebrate World Athletics Day at Police Sports Club ground today

Junior athletes will set alight the Police Sports Club ground today as the Athletics Association of Guyana (AAG) host the annual IAAF World Athletics Day Championship from 9am.

Sprint sensation Tevin Garraway is expected to blast out of the blocks as he usually does when the starter’s gun fires in the junior boys 100m.

The CARIFTA 100m and 200m finalist clocked 11.4 seconds last year and defeated
