The Berbice Bridge Company Incorporated (BBCI) will once again provide corporate support for the annual Independence Horse Race meet which will be run off Sunday at the Kennard’s Memorial Turf Club, Bush Lot, Corentyne.
During a simple ceremony at the company’s Main Street office yesterday, its Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Omadat Samaroo, handed over a sponsorship cheque and the winner’s trophy to the Honorary President of the Guyana Horse Racing Authority (GHRA), Cecil Kennard.
