Training for law enforcement officers was the main focus of the bilateral meetings that Minister of Home Affairs Clement Rohee had at the 30th International Drug Enforcement Conference in Moscow, Russia.
A follow-up release issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs said that Rohee along with Deputy Commissioner (Law Enforcement) of the Guyana Police Force Seelall Persaud and the Head of the Customs Anti-Narcotic Unit James Singh continued bilateral exchanges with the delegations from Netherlands
