A juvenile was among two teens yesterday accused of breaking into the Kwakwani Student Hostel and stealing food items.
The allegation against Lancelot Captain, 18, and a 16-year-old juvenile is that between July 17 and July 18, at Kwakwani, Upper Berbice River, they broke and entered the student hostel.
The jointly-charged-duo is alleged to have stolen from the hostel two whole plucked chickens,
