A real estate agent was yesterday charged with threatening to slit an employee’s throat during a row over money. Shaun Singh, 38, appeared before the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court on a charge that on August 7, at Camp Street, he used threatening language to Kavita Persaud.
Singh pleaded not guilty to the charge and Magistrate Ann McLennan allowed him bail in the sum of $50,000 but ordered that he stay 50 feet away from Persaud.
