Magistrate Ann McLennan yesterday imposed a $15,000 fine and community service on a man who admitted to having two grammes of cannabis in his possession to treat symptoms of asthma.
According to the police’s case, on August 10, 37-year-old Noel Mitchell of Lot 402 North/East La Penitence had two grammes of cannabis in his possession.
