Graduates from New Opportunity Corps

More youths are now empowered through the Youth Entrepreneurial Skills Training (YEST) programme with the New Opportunity Corps (NOC) producing  its second batch of 115 graduates last week compared to the 19 who graduated last year, the Government Information Agency reported.

On January 30, NOC commenced the second course of YEST, a programme that provides youths with life skills, technical, vocational and entrepreneurial skills in a disciplined environment.
