The Rose Hall Town Anniversary and Development Organisation has unveiled the programme for the week of events for the town’s 43rd anniversary celebrations.
The theme of the week-long festivities will be “Keeping our community clean in 2013.” The celebration will begin on September 20 with an opening ceremony and will end on September 28.
