Prime Minister of St Vincent and the Grenadines Ralph Gonsalves today met President Donald Ramotar for bilateral talks after a visit to the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Secretariat, GINA says.
The Prime Minister, who holds the Transport portfolio in the CARICOM Quasi Cabinet, will assume the Chairmanship of the 15- member community on January 14, 2013. During his visit, Gonsalves held discussions with CARICOM Secretary-General Irwin LaRocque and members of the Secretariat, GINA said.
