First Lady Deolatchmee Ramotar yesterday presented a cheque valued £800 to the Dharm Shala, Home of Benevolence for all races in Albouystown, on behalf of several cultural organisations in London. The money was acquired following an event in that country to mark the 175th anniversary of the Arrival of East Indians in Guyana.
