Demerara Fire and General Insurance Company on Saturday held a Vintage Car Exhibition in its Robb Street compound. Said to be the first exhibition of this kind to be hosted by the company, it showcased a number of vintage models. On display were a pair of Austin Minis, a 1935 Morris Minor, Volkswagen’s legendary bus, popular back in the 60s and 70s and a number of other vehicles like the Lada out of the USSR and the Ford Escort.
