Rafena Mustapha, one of the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC) top performers, whose 15 distinctions earned her the Caribbean award in humanities, today met President Donald Ramotar at the Office of the President.
GINA said that the Saraswati Vidya Niketan student met the Head of State in the company of her principal Swami Aksharananda and mother Shamwattie Monilall.
