Commissioner of Police Leroy Brummel Friday night said that despite the Police Force winning the 2013 Inter-Services Annual Athletic Championships (ISAAC), the entire joint service was the winner.
Held at the Police Sports Club ground, Eve Leary, the near week-long activity featured performances from some of the country’s most gifted athletes.
