The second annual Guyana Volleyball Federation (GVF) International Invitational Club Festival scheduled to spike off yesterday at the National Gymnasium with three matches was affected by a blackout.
Hosted by the GVF in order to encourage the development of the sport and its players in Guyana, the tournament was set to get underway with three matches; the first an encounter between Trinidad and Tobago’s BIG SEPOS and Guyana’s Port Mourant Training Centre (PMTC),
