On November 22, 28 students of the Annai Secondary School, region Nine received their graduation certificates. GINA said that Amerindian Affairs Minister Pauline Sukhai noted that though small, the graduation was significant, for the reason that it meant that the country’s human resource base was in fact being augmented with educated youths.
