The police say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of Jaipaul Sampuran, 34 years, of Waterloo New Scheme, Bath Settlement, WCB whose body was found in a yard at No.11 Village, WCB, at about 0425h. today.
Blood was seen oozing from the ears and eyes.
Two men are in police custody assisting with the investigations.
