About 38 persons from various sections of the public service yesterday graduated from a Ministry of Finance training and evaluation workshop which was aimed at strengthening their monitoring and evaluation capacity.
The workshop, which started on Monday and ended yesterday, was held at the International Conference Centre Liliendaal and saw participants from the judiciary, health and education sectors among others. Training on building and designing results based framework, understanding the evaluation context and the theory of programme change, developing evaluation questions and starting the design matrix were some of the areas that were discussed.
