First born welcome: Republic Bank (Guyana) Limited has welcomed the ‘first born’ babies this year in Georgetown, Essequibo, Linden, Berbice and Lethem with special Republic RightStart Baby Care Hampers valued approximately $40,000 each.
A release from the bank said it started this annual initiative in 2009 in keeping with its Mission and Core Value of Customer Focus. The New Year ‘first born’ babies of 2014 are also being afforded a ‘RightStart’ with the presentation of RightStart Gift Certificates valued $20,000 each, to be used to set up an account for the newborns.
