CIOG helps Good Intent fire victims

The Central Islamic Organisation of Guyana (CIOG) has donated money and household items to the Good Intent family of 11 whose home was ravaged by fire on Tuesday morning.

Inshad Alli and his wife, Ramwattie Nagessar, lived in the home with the nine children for over 19 years before the fire, which left millions in losses. The nine children’s clothes were all burnt to ashes in the fire, which Fiore Chief Marlon Gentle had said was caused by children playing with matches while Alli denied that this was the case.
