No bail for confessed dope dealer on stick-up charge

A man, who told a city magistrate that he sells weed for a living, was remanded to prison on Wednesday after being charged with sticking up a doctor on the Agricola Public Road.

It was the police’s case that on December 28, 2013, at Agricola Public Road, Kacay Da Silva, 30, of 105 Caesar Street, Agricola and a cohort were in a minibus along with Dr. Baldeo Singh and Michelle Nurse.
