Fined for damaging his neighbour’s plastic tables, an East Ruimveldt man yesterday told a city court that he was acting out of frustration at the late night gambling parties being hosted next door.
At the Georgetown Magistrates Courts, Lerone Garcia, of Lot 669 East Ruimveldt Georgetown, pleaded guilty to the charge of unlawfully and maliciously damaging the property of Lloyd Johnson, on January 14.
Prosecutor Michael Grant said Garcia, who has never had problems with the law,
