A Linden miner, facing a simple larceny charge for a second time, was remanded to prison when he appeared in the city courts yesterday on a charge that he stole a motorcycle.
Twenty-five-year-old Peter Giddings of 53 Old England Mines, Linden pleaded not guilty to the charge that he stole a $280,000 motorcycle between January 27 and the following day at 111 Mile Mahdia, Potaro River.
