Accused of chopping his neighbour after a night of binge drinking, Mark Peters, 18, of Kwebanna Village in the North West District, was on Monday remanded to prison on a wounding charge.
Peters was not required to plead to the indictable charge that he, on February 7, at Four Miles Kwebanna, unlawfully and maliciously wounded Iona Daniels,
