An employee of the Deeds Registry was on Wednesday accused of defrauding a woman of $4M for a plot of land.
Bibi Sattaur, 56, of Lot 8 Station Street, Kitty, was accused of obtaining from Bibi Akleema Goberbhan $4M cash by pretending to transfer a plot of land to the woman. According to Prosecutor Michael Grant, the crime was committed on March 28, 2013 in Georgetown. The facts, he said,
