The People’s Progressive Party (PPP) has announced a programme of activities in March to observe the death anniversaries of late former Presidents, Dr Cheddi Jagan and Janet Jagan.
A release from the party said that among the activities planned for all ten administrative regions, is the annual memorial observance at the Babu John crematorium, Port Mourant, Corentyne, Berbice, on Sunday, March 9 at 14.30pm where the PPP leadership will make presentations interspersed with cultural items.
