Copa Airlines has started to receive applications from prospective Guyanese employees for several positions being created locally in preparation for the airline’s start-up of service to Guyana on July 11, 2014.
A press release from the company said that starting last month the airline had advertised for several positions including sales manager, airport supervisors, sales executives, inside sales representatives and sales counter agents to support its operations in Guyana. It said that the response has been promising, almost overwhelming.
