Almost two weeks after Dexroy Brown escaped from under police guard at the Georgetown Public Hospital, police are yet to locate him even as the policeman who was guarding him has been placed on “open arrest” according to Crime Chief Seelall Persaud. The Crime Chief added that investigations are still ongoing.
