Rebuilding Georgetown Chamber secretariat a major priority

Newly-elected President of the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GCCI) Lance Hinds says rebuilding the secretariat is a major priority for this year.

Hinds made the disclosure at the introduction of the new members of GCCI’s Executive Management Committee to the media yesterday. Nicholas Boyer of National Hardware has been appointed as the new Secretary while Vishnu Durga of Durga Enterprises is the new Senior Vice-President. Padma Prashad of ANSA McAL was also appointed as the new Junior Vice- President and Eon Grant of Republic Bank remains the Treasurer of GCCI for the year 2014/2015.

Hinds of Brain Street Group of Companies said that works that have started will continue. He added that the GCCI will mainly be focusing on the rebuilding of their Secretariat.
