Guyanese graduate in welfare studies from US university

After completing two years of rigorous postgraduate studies with Lesley University, Cambridge, Massachusetts, 13 Guyanese School Welfare Officers and Guidance Counselors and social workers, graduated on Saturday May 17, 2014, with Master of Arts Degrees in Counselling and Psychology, Expressive Therapies and Mindfulness Studies. The 13 graduates are from the Ministries of Education and Labour, Human Services and Social Security respectively. They are Oslyn Crawford, Juanita Cameron, Anand Sharma, Latoya Hillman, Pricilla Gonsalves, Vickchand Pamphal, Sewpaul Persaud, Stephen Bactawar, Onika Pearson, Sharon Dyall, Kaycina Jardine, Haimraj Hamandeo, and Azharuddin Zahaur.
