Bus driver, two others hospitalised after Princes St crash

Onlookers at the scene of the accident yesterday afternoon where the route 42 minibus slammed into the utility pole.

The driver of a Route 42 minibus along with two other passengers are hospitalised following an accident on High Street yesterday involving a Guyana Telephone and Telegraph Company (GT&T) vehicle.

Two other persons, Susan De Florimonte, a 49-year-old mother of three and her daughter-in-law Keisha Jones, 23 both of Lot 36 Diamond Housing Scheme, East Bank Demerara both sustained broken legs while other passengers sustained minor injuries and were treated and sent away, this newspaper was informed.

According to reports, 22-year-old Orwin Sajon of Prospect, East Bank Demerara was driving the
