East Ruimveldt, St Johns and Buxton secondary schools emerged victorious over their opponents when the when the fourth annual Digicel national under-18 knockout football championship continued yesterday.
East Ruimveldt crushed the Carifesta Avenue unit Marian Academy by a 6-1 margin at the Eve Leary ground. Troy Carrington opened the scoring for the Mandela Avenue outfit through an 11th minute strike. He increased their lead when he completed his double with a 39th minute attempt.
