The Working People’s Alliance’s Head Office on New Garden Street, Georgetown was broken into early Thursday morning.
Administrator of Rodney House and Executive WPA member Desmond Trotman stated that approximately $500,000 worth of equipment was stolen. He said that he discovered that a window had been broken and the premises ransacked when he arrived at 8:30 am on Thursday.
Trotman said that he was very pleased with the police’s fast response time and the level of investigative work that was carried out thus far.
