Officials from BaiShanLin International Forest Development Inc met with representatives of the newly formed Linden Kwakwani Road Users Association (LKRUA) on Thursday at the company’s Head Office at Providence, East Bank Demerara to further discuss a road rehabilitation programme set to get underway soon in Region 10, a release from Baishanlin said today.
Speaking at the meeting, BaiShanLin’s General Manager, Yu Mingxin said the company stands ready to assist the LKRUA in its efforts to improve the roadway.
The LKRUA delegation, led by Chairman, Phillip Bynoe, met with the BaiShanLin team following a meeting the group had at the Umana Yana to discuss plans surrounding the rehabilitation of the roadway and the inputs from several stakeholders.
