Government continues its drive to expand the number of persons who are computer literate by equipping them with a laptop. A release from GINA said that Non Pariel, East Coast Demerara residents are the latest beneficiaries of the devices as approximately 140 were distributed to the community recently. GINA said this distribution forms part of a phase during which 17,000 laptops will be distributed in 2014.
