The first batch of $4.5M homes under the government’s Perseverance, East Bank Demerara 1000 turn-key homes has been allocated.
GINA yesterday said that according to Denise King-Tudor, Director of Operation, Central Housing, and Planning Authority (CH&PA), construction has started on another 50 homes which all measure 600 sq ft, feature two bedrooms, kitchen, toilet and bath.
