The Local Government and Regional Development Ministry yesterday presented 10 brush cutters to the Neighbourhood Democratic Councils (NDCs) of Region Three, acquired with funds from the Ministry. This grant used to purchase the brush cutters is an annual subsidy by the ministry to help the NDCs carry out their functions.
