Following a ten-day stint at the Georgetown Public Hospital in 2013, infectious disease specialist Dr Peter Akai is presently head doctor at the Diabetic Foot Centre.
Dr Akai will serve as Head Doctor at the clinic in the absence of Dr Kumar Sukhraj, Diabetic Foot Care Specialist, the hospital said in a press release.
