Five GCA matches planned for weekend

Former West Indies player Clyde Butts of GNIC and Vishal Singh of GCC are expected to play key roles for their teams in the GCA competition.

The Georgetown Cricket Association (GCA) competition continues this weekend with five matches set for venues across the city.

Four games will be played in the Hadi’s World Incorporated First Division level in two tournaments and one Noble House Seafoods Second Division two-day match. At the first division level, there will be four matches with the most competitive match expected to be a clash between the Georgetown Cricket Club (GCC) and the Guyana National Industrial and Commerce (GNIC) teams at Bourda.
