A driver who attempted to escape after hitting down a motorcyclist within feet of police officers on Vlissingen Road was captured shortly after.
The incident occurred at the corner of Vlissingen Road and Hadfield Street, within sight of officers who were providing security at the Ministry of Health’s Health Fair at the Square of the Revolution.
