Transparency Institute Guyana Inc (TIGI) has announced that its president Dr Anand Goolsarran has tendered his resignation due to an overseas commitment, and George Fraser will serve in the role until 2015.
Dr Goolsarran was elected president of TIGI in 2013, having previously served as vice president. He tendered his resignation with effect from September 1 due to an overseas commitment that he had previously suggested might necessitate this step, TIGI said in a press release.
