Director of the Guyana Tourism Authority (GTA), Indranauth Haralsingh, while reporting on the 2014 International British Bird Watching Fair, which was held in Rutland England last month, told GINA “I must tell you, seven years ago, we did not have any birding international tour operators selling destination Guyana, today we have over 35 international bird watching companies selling Guyana.”
