Vindra Seeram was yesterday committed to stand trial in the High Court for the murder of his wife Shelly Persaud, who was found with her head submerged in a bucket of water.
Seeram was committed at the conclusion of a preliminary inquiry into the murder charge against him at the Georgetown Magistrates’ Court One.
