A 40-year-old man was yesterday brought before city magistrate Fabayo Azore to face a charge that he wounded his common-law wife.
The unrepresented accused, Kevin Cross, of 111 Miles, Mahdia, pleaded not guilty to the charge which read that on September 17, with intent to maim, disfigure or disable, he inflicted grievous bodily harm on Karen Harte.
