The Guyana Foundation has announced the appointment of Guyanese-born Canadian Educator Vidya Seekwar-Jaisaree to serve a two-year term on its Board of Trustees.
A former Bishops’ High School student, Seekwar-Jaisaree also pursued studies at Queen’s College, followed by post-secondary education in Ontario, Canada where she graduated with a BA (Honours) in French and English, the Foundation said in a press release. She then pursued a career in education, holding both Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education.
