Umami sauces and seasonings debuted at GuyExpo yesterday drawing attention with a huge display in the ‘Guyana Supermarket’ section.
Director of Umami Incorporated Chanchal Persaud told Stabroek News that the company was officially launched in November 2013. The company manufactures and distributes products such as pepper sauce, seasonings, Chinese sauce, tomato ketchup, mustard and even lemonade in various flavours.
