A bus driver was yesterday released on bail after denying that he caused the death of a pedestrian by dangerous driving.
Neville Carlette, 64, of Prospect, East Bank Demerara, pleaded not guilty to the charge of causing the death of Vera Ting-A-Kee by dangerous driving and was released on $200,000 bail by Chief Magistrate Priya Sewnarine-Beharry.
