The High Commission of Canada in partnership with the University of Guyana on Saturday hosted a Reception in honour of the DELIAN Electoral Pilot project that was carried out during the University of Guyana Students’ Society elections over the weekend.
A release from the Canadian High Commission said that the non-profit organization, DELIAN Project was invited by the University of Guyana to provide donated electoral technology for its Students Society elections during the period October 1-4, 2014 using automatic ballot scan and tabulation machines.
