Azerbaijan’s first ambassador to Guyana was accredited on Wednesday. Ambassador Elnur Sulpanov (left) presented his Letters of Credence to President Donald Ramotar at the Office of the President and vowed, on behalf of his President Ilham Aliyev, to strengthen the bilateral relationship, GINA reported. Receiving the ambassador, President Ramotar said that much has changed since the establishment of relations between the two countries, on September 1, 1995.
